Snaking queues for Michelin star worthy dim sum? If you’ve been to Plaza Singapura you’ll soon realize how seriously Singapore takes its dim sum – we’re talking a wait of at least 30 minutes (off-peak). And try 60-90 minutes during lunch or dinner service. We’re glad to report that the food here is worth the wait and growling tummies – and won’t break the piggybank either! Don’t leave without trrying the 4 Heavenly Kings – their signature Char Siew Bun, Cheong Fan with Pig’s Liver, Pan-fried Carrot Cake, and Steamed Egg Cake.
