Why why why didn't our mothers keep some of those fabulously psychedelic frocks, retro clutches and chunky necklaces from their glory days?

Well there is no point wishing for a time machine, instead the best way to turn back the clock is to visit Granny's Day Out (third floor of Peninsula Shopping Centre).

Granny's Day Out is a quirky little boutique which retails women's clothing, men's vintage tees along with purses and trinkets from the 1930's to 1980's. From 50's day dresses with cinched waists to 60's psychedelic rainbow dresses; slinky 70's disco get-ups to 80's power dresses, it's all about uncovering that fabulous one-of-a-kind find. Pieces come from the US, UK and Europe. You need to do some digging, but it is so rewarding.

And now Granny's Day Out has just launched an online vintage jewelery store - so if you are just after bling, you can save yourself the trip!
