Set up by the famous Shermay Lee, well known for her best selling cookbooks The New Mrs Lee's Cookbook Vol. 1: Nonya Cuisine and Vol. 2: Straits Heritage Cuisine, this school has a number of celebrity chefs and cookbook authors conducting classes. Book early for the Nonya classes!
