CRUISE
From Perth, hire a car and cruise down the coast to Bunker bay, Yallingup or Margaret River. It takes about 3 hours and before you know it you are waking up to the stunning beaches and nearby wineries.
REST
From forest retreats, vineyard cottages to luxury beach houses the accomodation options are endless. We were torn between Injidup Spa, the new Bunker Bay Quay West and a private house at Eagle Bay with views TO-DIE-FOR.
SIP AND SPIT
Just follow your taste buds along Caves Road, you can't go wrong. We loved: Voyager, Cullens, Vasse Felix, Moss Wood ... with so many great wineries here you're spoilt for choice.
DINE
In the Marg area we love LaMonts, Caves House and Leeuwin Estate winery for sophisticated gourmet meals, perfect with that refreshing chardonnay you discovered that morning.
You must stop in Perth at the famous Delizioso Café which has been named as 'BEST PIZZA IN THE WORLD' by the Sydney Morning Herald.
HEAR
Leeuwin Estate has hosted concerts from Tom Jones, Diana Ross, STING and many other greats. Hurry to catch Chris Issak playing on 7 March.
SHOP
We loved Jahroc home of the most highly awarded furniture designer/makers in Australia. Margaret River Galleries for showcasing works by established and emerging local artists, and Oliobello for divine organic extra virgin olive oil and produce.
