We have fallen in love with the new Oyster Bar, located in the newly refurbished Customs House along the Marina Bay.

Featuring full-length glass windows that overlook the Marina Bay waterfront with a view of the Marina Bay Sands Casino, our little city is really growing up into a sophisticated thing.

With an open kitchen and a menu totally devote to champagne and oysters this is a lovely little spot for a afternoon tipple or a pre-dinner drink.

Flute in hand you can enjoy your oysters grilled, over baked or marinated shooter oysters.

For us? Well we can't go past ah-la naturale.
