Club St, Oh Club St, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways...

Tucked away near Chinatown, this little quaint shophouse-lined cool-cat neighbourhood is filled with quirky shops, unique drinking holes and charming restaurants. Perfect for a long lunch, bar-hop, or afternoon shop, here are our favourites haunts on Club St, Ann Siang Hill and surrounds.

One. Free Flow Fries. Club St has some of the cutest French restaurants in town. Check out Les Bouchons for its lip-smacking steak frites. Salut!

Two. Bars with Stars Club St is perfect for roof-hopping. Start your night sky drinks with DJ beats SkyBar at The Club, then head next door to the Scarlet Hotel. Finish with a drink at The Screening Room before heading downstairs for a vino and cheese platter in front of an arthouse film in their lush private cinema.

Three. Uber-Chic Design. Immerse yourself in Trolley - the ultimate playful lifestyle shop with trinkets and treasures galore. And then poke through the collection at Kki while you enjoy one of their sweet Japanese treats.

Four. Shots The cafe and gallery Shots will have have you pepped up and ready to go. We just love a cafe with personality.

Five. Vintage Finds Expect to find alien clothing, antique goods & vintage pieces in Stevie General Store. Satisfy your desire for all things curious and collectible here.

Six. Books. Two of our favourite bookstores are right here. Books Actually will delight with their fascinating selection (level 2 & 3) and more random curios than you can poke a shrimp-shaped pencil sharpener at (yep - we found one of those there!). Next door Woods in the Books will have you stocking up on classic and creative picture books for all the little and big people in your life with their engaging collection. Just try to visit and not depart with a treasure - we dare you!

Seven. Retro Pedals. If there is a little person in your life, don't miss Wild Child who specialise in luxury baby cribs, baskets, gliders and more. We love their retro bikes for the ultimate gift. Funn-kee.

Ate. Extra-Long Lunch. While away the weekday hours on the balcony at Beaujolais, and then skip across the road to Moulin Rouge-ish Gem Bar for a cocktail chaser or two.

Aaah Club St....be still my beating heart.
