Long established and well loved as Australia's most popular annual design event, Saturday in Design comes to Singapore this Saturday.
Attracting all designed inspired individuals, from professionals to enthusiastic amateurs (like ourselves), this event coordinates premium downtown design showrooms to become a destination.
Registration is free and complimentary shuffle buses ferry visitors on fixed routes allowing guests to mingle and join in with the festival atmosphere of the excitement, creativity and inspiration fuelled by the showrooms.
Creative installations designed by collaborations of designers, architects, artists and students will on display at the showrooms. This year's theme is 'Connect' and promises to add to the days creative experience.
There will be other special activities throughout the day, from designer guests, the latest international and local design products and even hockey on office chairs - the famed 'Aeron Hockey'.
