Recipe of the Month: Crunchy Chicken
Finger Lickin’ Chicken

Forget the 11 herbs and spices....
Satisfy the family, and cook like a colonel with this Baked Crunchy Chicken recipe.
Ingredients:
4 skinless single breast fillets or 12 tenderloins (order online at The Butcher)
½ cup of milk
½ cup of cream
1 tablespoon of cumin
2 tablespoons of coriander finely chopped
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of onion powder
Tortilla chips finely crushed
1. Mix cream, milk, cumin, coriander, Worcestershire sauce and onion power to make delicious marinade.
2. Soak chicken in marinade, and then roll in tortilla chips.
3. Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 30-35 mins.
4. Whistle KFC jingle whilst baking.
5. Serve with mango chutney or sweet chili sauce, in front of Sunday night movie.
