Atherton’s Arrival
Jason Atheron, who helms Michelin star restaurant Pollen Street Social (London), is in town for only two nights and will be heading dinner service at the super packed Esquina. Patrons will get to sample new menu ideas, including baked bone marrow with snails and squid saffron and red pepper paella.
