Now let’s be honest: DFS has never had a great reputation with its somewhat dinky interior. But that’s all changed with its latest revamp – we’re talking bright lights, a fuss-free layout, and floor-to-ceiling displays of the latest beauty products. Couple that with friendly and efficient beauty advisors and you’ve got yourself a winning formula.

They’ve even rolled out a luxe new service that will help you determine what products you should buy – the DFS beauty concierge service, which operates independently of all brands, which means no hard-sell tactics here. Major love!

Better yet, the service doesn’t cost a penny.

Book an appointment to enjoy a complimentary skin analysis (trust us, this machine is thorough), and follow that up with a skin treatment (choose from moisturizing facial, anti-aging facial, whitening facial, or radiance facial), a hand massage, or even makeover sessions (ranging from a quick touch-up, to classes, to a full makeover). Tip: we highly recommend the beauty advisor, Rachel – she did an ace job!

Post-pampering, head out to the counters and pick up the products you like ‘cos after that skin analysis, you’ll know exactly what you need. Luckily for you, it’s a one-stop shop.
