Salt Tapas & Bar
Luke Mangan of Salt Grill & Sky Bar has re-defined the tapas scene in Singapore. The excellent and reasonably-priced fare means a fully packed restaurant so make your reservations and don’t come wanting to make fruitful conversation – it gets pretty noisy. Our favourites: Tagine of snapper and octopus, chickpeas, silverbeet, date, and lemon; Tuna tartare, ruby grapefruit, wasabi mayo, and the unmissable Gooey hot chocolate tart, caramelised banana, and salted caramel ice-cream.
