Sure, there are spots to enjoy craft beer. And there are cafes specializing in tea, and other places that sell only the best coffee.

But a place that sells all three? We want in!

Henry Congressional is a pop-up space in the Holland area that offers local and imported craft beers, single-origin teas, and specialty self-roasted coffee.

Fun fact: Henry Congressional is brought to you by the same guys behind Smitten Coffee and Tea Bar, so you know you’ll be getting your quality java fix.

Important things first: this space has a shelf-life of 6 months. It will be gone by January 2013, so we suggest scooting down there stat. In other words: phone a girlfriend and grab the car keys right now!

There are also freshly baked treats by Henry Congressional’s inhouse baker which have been wildly popular with the public. If you’re a fan of Pandan Chiffon Cake (a local favourite, so if you’re visiting Singers this makes a great look-what-I-brought-home gift), you definitely don’t want to miss out on this one. For the uninitiated, opt for the flourless chocolate cake. It’s a surefire win with the belly.

Like your booze? Henry Congressional stocks locally-brewed Jungle Beer, Belgian Trappist, Moor beers (UK), and Danish Mikkeller.

Bring the kids. The hubby. The mother-in-law. The best friend. Seriously, there’s something for everyone here.
