PLAYtime at Sentosa
[ADV] Our little explorers hit up Sentosa
Monday, 3 Dec 2012
Ready, get set, go! We sent our team of mini Honeycombers off to explore kids’ paradise, Sentosa, and they got up to a whole load of fun.
Here’s what they have to say about their adventure-filled trip:
230pm.
We learn how to make our own apron from recycled materials over at Little Hands & Minds. For just $10 (thanks, Mum!) we are having a ball putting our new aprons together. For another $10, we can also learn how to craft our own Christmas trees or design and create our own treasure box.
330pm.
Play time! We run off to conquer the Playmobil toy sets at the Playmobil Play Pit. We also take time to check out the Knights Castle. Watch out pirates – we’re manning this fort!
4pm.
Hang on, what’s that we hear? Music… and is that Captain Palawan we see? Of course we scoot over to boogie down with the Captain. One of us has forgotten our dancing shoes, but that doesn’t stop him – he’s dancing barefoot!
430pm.
Boy are we tired. So we head over for a sit down in the grass as we listen to a fascinating interactive storytelling session at Storytelling Comes Alive. We even get to wear the coolest hats and pretend we’re part of the story!
530pm.
As the day winds down to a close, we join our Mums and Dads at the Playmobil Challenge where we’re competing against each other in games like Do The Opposite, Simple Simon, and Musical Parade. Our parents must really have their eye on the prize – they’re loving this!
630pm.
We take a few parting shots with the life-size displays at Palawan Beach and bid adieu to the twinkling Christmas decorations at Playmobil. Goodbye guys, we’ll be back soon for more fun!
