Clarke Quay’s Executive Set Lunch
Looking for your next lunchtime escapade? Well, the search stops at Clarke Quay, ‘cause their Executive Set Lunch series is back! Check out the smorgasbord of dining spots offering indulgent set lunches – priced at $15, $25, and $35 nett – that won’t break the bank.
For a well-deserved lunch break that keeps your pocket happy, dig into a flavourful 3-course Indonesian set lunch at Bayang at $15 nett, or go Italian with Fullhouse Signature Singapore’s pasta set. Mexican food junkies, satisfy your cravings with the 4-course set lunch (choice of quesadilla, wrap, or chile con carne) at Muchos Mexican Bar & Restaurant.
Catch up with a pal over steaming bowls of bak kut teh (pork ribs soup) at Xiao Chen Gu Shi – yep, it’s $15 nett for two! The most value-for-money, though, has got to be the 5-course set at Vintry Singapore, featuring their signature caramelized roast pork rice complemented by salad, soup, ice cream and a drink.
Hot Stones (L) Coriander Leaf (R)
If you’re willing to spend a little more, the $25 nett set lunches promise a heartier selection. We like Coriander Leaf’s 2-course set lunch – choose between tempting mains like the mini chicken tikka burger (served with fries and salad) or pan seared dory fillet with summer veggies and herbed couscous.
Head over to Hot Stones if you’re in the mood for red meat – expect fresh Australian sirloin grilled on a bed of volcanic Serpentine stones. If you have a group of 4 or more, Peony Jade stands out with their six courses, including dim sum, Szechuan hot and sour soup, deep-fried sea bass, and Cantonese style fried rice.
Need to impress a client? The extra-lavish set lunches at $35 nett are perfect for business lunches. Feast on Indian delights at RAS The Essence of India and Irish favourites at Mulligan’s. It’s fresh seafood galore with Fremantle Seafood Market’s 3-course set lunch, where you get a choice of squid ink fettuccine or grilled salmon with saffron risotto.
Psst…Clarke Quay is offering free lunchtime parking, 12pm-3pm, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), so no worries about chalking up a crazy CBD parking fee. Oh, and if you’re a CapitaStar member, you’ll get 3x the amount of STAR$ with your lunch receipts at Clarke Quay.
Loads more options are available, so hop over to Clarke Quay’s website to find out more. Happy lunching!
