An Exquisite Evening of Mediterranean Flavours with Ferrari Spumantes
The Waterfall’s newly minted Chef de Cuisine Giuliano Berta is bringing Mediterranean flavours to the table with dishes like barley soup with smoked eel, caramelised pear and pomegranate, as well as red beetroot ravioli in vanilla sauce with mascarpone cream, red berries and roasted almonds. These delectable creations will be paired with the finest labels from Ferrari Spumantes, an Italian sparkling wine specialist.

La Strada
Classic Italian Creations with the wines of Bruno Giacosa
Indulge in classic Italian fare at the cosy La Strada, where Head Chef Joon Kian Pow delivers a hearty menu consisting of plates like flash-grill amberjack with avocado and heart of palm, as well as venison loin with salsify and crispy polenta. Complementing the dishes to a tee are wines from Bruno Giacosa, which includes Roero Arneis DOCG 2012 and Barolo labels.

The Flavours of Veneto with the wines of Zyme
Buona Terra’s Chef Denis Lucci shines a spotlight on Northern Italian cuisine for this luscious dinner, which features creations including scallops tartare with “gavieri” oscietra caviar and tomato essence, and wines from Zyme, one of Italy’s most prominent winemakers.
