CM-PB (Contemporary Melting Pot & Bar) might have a weird name, but we are loving the relaxed outdoor tropical feel and refreshingly fun atmosphere. Knock bar a coldie and kick back in their cane chairs in the bungalow setting. This is what Dempsey is all about. When: open daily to 2am, happy hour ends at 9pm
