The busy people at1 Rochester and 1 Twenty-Six bring us their most sensational outlet yet, 1-Altitude.
1-Altitude is located on the highest point in Singapore, 282m above sea level (hence the name 282) and has the world's tallest alfresco bar. As part of the 282 complex there is also a new restaurant Stellar, with views-to-die for. It has just opened, the menu looks impressive, so stay tuned for a full review.
In full swing is City Golf - a fun American style sports bar with 6 state of the art golf simulators (2 in private rooms). This is a classic sports bar as the golf simulators can be used as large sporting screens - just perfect for live coverage of international sporting events.
The rooftop bar 1-Altitude is set to open at the end of the month, but we recommend heading here now to take in the views (before the crowds arrive) and try Stellar, particularly if you have guests in town. The views will blow them away.
We think all three venues will be popular with the F1 and National Day - as this really does take the city views to new heights (even the Marina Bay Sands Casino looks cute from up here!)
