What:

Channeling an American diner with its pretty pink interior, Café Salivation was created for vegetarians who have suffered from the lack of variety in Singapore. All bases have been covered with an extensive menu featuring breakfast, soups, salads, pizza, Mexican, burgers and pasta. Also on offer are a range of towering parfait concoctions and 12 flavours of egg free gelato.

The spinach burger and tempting kidney bean quesadillas are great choices for a light lunch.
