The essence of IndoChine is deeply influenced by the rich tradition, culture and heritage of Indochina - which includes Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos - and is evident in the cuisine served up by the Group's kitchens. Making use of the freshest ingredients, many of which are native to Indochina, IndoChine promises guests only the best in well-balanced meals which are high in fibre and filled with essential minerals.
With a number of outlets, The Forbidden City Having is located in an old Riverhouse. Having served as a residence as well as a godown for gambier, biscuits and other commodities, the old Riverhouse is imbibed with history, memories and soul. Flanked by towering terracotta warriors, the entrance The Forbidden City is akin to that of an ancient Chinese Emperor's opulent abode.
