What:

Although set in a shopping centre (what is with that Singapore?) the celebrity chef restaurant from California, Osteria Mozza, has been receiving rave reviews. Start in the vibrant wine bar for a pre-dinner tipple, but don't get side tracked and miss the main event - the famous free standing mozzarella bar. This bar is stocked with a wide array of fresh items from mozzarella, burrata, bocconcini and stracciatella. Osteria Mozza's menu is widely imaginative and in touch with traditional Italian roots. Pizzaria Mozza is a more casual setting - perfect for foodies, pizza mavens, dough-obsessed bloggers, wine geeks, and late-night clubgoers with enthusiasm. In addition to their world famous pizzas, there are other signature menu items worth a try - like crispy duck legs with lentils, lasagna al forno, and Nancy's legendary chopped salad.
