Your ultimate guide to everything fabulous and fun in Singapore

Papa Palheta

What:
Combine a coffee roaster and a quirky interior design agency and you get Papa Palheta. Whilst a little tricky to find, a visit to Papa Palheta is almost as good as a trip overseas, as the experience is so un-Singaporean. Located at the back of an interior design consultancy, you kick back in their tasting room (aka lounge room) and sip away on your latte. There is no food on offer and they don't sell you the cup of coffee, they just ask you to make a donation per cup - based on what you think its worth. We enjoyed the coffee so much, we reckon its worth a tenner. Open: Tue - Fri & Sun 9am-730pm, Sat 9am-9pm.
