Sabio

What:

A time‐honoured tradition from Spain comes alive in Singapore on a street in Duxton Hill at the new and outstanding tapas place, Sabio.

Sip away on a glass of Albariño or a crisp Verdejo, accompanied by a slice of melt‐in‐the‐mouth premium Jamón Iberico or a bowl of plump Spanish Manzanilla olives, and you would be instantly transported to the vibrant and animated tapas bars found in Spain.

Meticulous attention to detail has been put into the conceptualisation of food, wine and design at Sabio in order to provide that unique Spanish experience - quite like no other in Singapore.

The inimitable allure of Sabio lies in its constantly‐changing menu with emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients flown directly from Spain. Olivier Bendel, the owner and founder of Sabio, advocates that he will only serve a dish if the ingredients used are available at their finest. Ranging from fresh and tinned boquerones (Spanish anchovies) to pimientos (Spanish peppers) or even Bacalao (salted cod loin), guests at Sabio are guaranteed the distinctive bright flavours of these products fresh from the land of Espagna.

We are loving the traditional long tapas bar and the funky decor - this has quickly become a favourite.
