What:

The Marina Barrage, Singapore's fifteenth reservoir, is a dam in Singapore built across the mouth of the bay, between Marina East and Marina South. It is the barrier for the Marina Basin which is ideal for all kinds of recreational activities such as boating, windsurfing, kayaking and dragonboating.
