One Rochester reveals a tantalising addition to the gastrobar with the Pastry Bar and innovative alcoholic liquid desserts. Located at the library, the interior is furnished with leather sofas, printed wallpaper, and stately chandeliers that emit an olde world charm.

Guests can relax in cosy surroundings whilst sipping on sinful cocktails and savouring a tempting tapas. Award-winning Pastry Chef Karen Carlotta is responsible for delectable desserts such as Chocolate Souffle with poached peach in Rioja sangria and Chocolate Pear Delight, a caramelised pear in chai tea jelly.
