What:
Zouk Night Club is a an old favourite - you are guaranteed to find a party here. Zouk has 4 bars inside it - Wine bar, Velvet Underground, Zouk and Phuture. Enter the small road from the main road. On your right is the Copthorne Hotel. Walk on down the road, and you'll be greeted by the bright neon sign that says Zouk. The best way to enjoy this club is to get a tix for Velvet Underground. The stamp will allow you to roam in all the other rooms. Velvet Underground is a cosy lounge area with the dance floor facing the Bar. A more intimate setting and a slightly older crowd. Expect New York House & Garage tunes here. Phuture is a futuristic modern winding bar. Attracts the younger crowd. People dancing all over the place to the sound of big beat, hiphop, breaks, drum & bass, down tempo, nu-jazz, and some experimental. The Wine Bar is the pre-club bar and chill out area, a good spot after a a big night shaking your thing. Zouk is of course the biggest room in the house! Here you will find international DJs at the helm...the likes of DJ Paul Oakenfold, Nick Warren, Seb Fontaine, John Digweed, Sasha often pop into Singapore on their Asia tours.
