Rising 218m from the ground, the restaurant sets to be a fashionable urban restaurant serving up contemporary Australian food such as Luke's signature Crab omelette and Liquorice Parfait. Kathy Tindall, Salt grill's executive chef will also be adding her own touches to the menu.
Salt grill, Singapore is Luke's sixth restaurant in his global restaurant empire. Already helming the successful glass brasserie in Sydney's Hilton Hotel and Salt and adjoining World Wine Bar in Tokyo, among others, Luke Mangan looks forward to bringing contemporary Australian food to discerning diners in Singapore.

Getting there after the shopping mall has closed:
After ION Orchard retail trading has finished for the day, enter the building via ION Walk (this is the passage between ION and Wisma). Take the escalator up to Level 4, and then take the lift from ION Art to Level 55.
