The Boathouse is a cosy restaurant located in the heritage Waterboat House next to the Fullerton. With new owners and new chef, Jonathan Koh, this restaurant has transformed into a great little spot serving fine dining. We loved the Lobster Raviole, a petite ravioli of lobster, celery and clear consommé. Koh also has a passion for vegetables and his new vegetarian degustion menu is set to impress. They have an impressive Christmas Eve menu and Christmas day buffet for those looking for something other than a hotel brunch.

Opening: Mon-Fri: 12pm-2pm (lunch); Mon-Sat: 6.30pm-11pm (dinner); Closed on Sun
