What:
Hong Kong based, Canton-I is well known in Malaysia for their authentic Hong Kong cuisine.  Serving favourites such as hand-made dim sum, springy noodles (air-flown in from Hong Kong) with jumbo shrimp wontons and smooth as silk congee.  At ION diners can try juicy and aromatic duck and pork roasted in a unique apple-wood fired oven.
