Melt - The World Cafe

What:

During the open-wheeled auto racing season, guests can indulge at MELT ~ The World Café where an enticing line-up of international fare awaits.  Plasma televisions in the restaurant will screen recorded races in the afternoon and show live racing in the evening. 

 

The restaurant's own live stations will feature a wide assortment of dishes freshly prepared by the chef à la minute.  Selections include homemade pasta with a choice of sauces, meat carvings such as whole-roasted lamb saddle with spinach and mushroom, slow-roasted herb-crusted beef strip loin and miso-flavoured kurobuta pork, Chinese roasted meats such as roasted crackling five-spiced pork belly, herbal roasted duck, and more. 

 

The restaurant's alfresco patio also features an extensive selection of sizzling grilled items such as Cajun spice spring chicken, barbecued baby back ribs, an array of homemade sausages and hamburgers. 

 

Lunch is priced at S$54++ per person on 25 September and S$60++ per person on 26 September.  Champagne brunch will be served on 27 September at S$118++ per person with unlimited flow of champagne, beer, wine and cocktails. 

 

Dinner is priced at S$68++ per person on 25 September and S$88++ per person on 26 and 27 September.  For those who prefer a late-night meal after the race, supper buffet is also served from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. at S$58++ per person on 26 September and S$68++ per person on 27 September.
