Their recently launched Vivo City branch draws inspiration from a contemporary French boudoir, each spa room is suited with a theme in mind.
We tried the The Erabelle Prestige Experience
This included a personal welcome by a nakai-san (our very own personal attendant, a service unique to Erabelle). We then donned a personal yukata (Japanese robe), and then started with a relaxing aromatic footbath, before experiencing a traditional Chado (Japanese tea ceremony) at tatami Zen Room.
Then the treatments started with a brightening Sake Facial and a Bamboo Massage. Post-treatment we enjoyed unwinding in the decadant tea room with a light meal.
It was one of the most unique sap experiences we have ever had!
