What:
Sip signature cocktails, indulge in the Mediterranean inspired menu (including a well stocked oyster bar) or enjoy water sports in the lagoon. The raised bamboo decking houses a dedicated kitchen, complete with traditional wood-fired pizza oven, and a bar stocked with top shelf liquors, champagne and the always important ice-cold beer.
Seafood selections like lobster, shrimp and other shellfish are farmed in the lagoon - upon a guest making their selection the waiter will don flippers and mask and head out into the lagoon to collect lunch... unless you prefer to make a personal selection in which case you can go too!
